Smart emperor

Looking for historical dramas with a smart emperor. Lots of times the emperor is an idiot and is swayed by a concubine or eunuch and it causes all sorts of problems. (I know its a trope but sometimes it makes me so mad!)

I'd like an emperor who can tell when power plays are going on and is smart about stuff like that.

Love Like the Galaxy  has the nicest emperor I've seen in a drama. I'm not sure if you'd consider him smart, but he definitely doesn't always agree with his court and stands by the ML.

And Rebel: Thief Who Stole the People has a king who constantly defies his advisors/court (he's unfortunately very evil but it was interesting to see a king or emperor just seize all the power and go against everyone).
