MC is omnipotent being, but pretends to be weak to get their love

I wonder if there is any fantasy story with omnipotent main character (ML or FL) , who would be able to kill villains just with snapping their fingers. Or there would be no villains at all. And the focus would be on MC's romance with the other (FL or ML), who is weak or poor. MC would pretend to be weak too to get them.

Something like Demon King falling in love with poor human girl (Or demon girl falling in love with weak human boy). Only MC's weakness would be the girl/boy. But there will be no enemies... or MC could kill them easily any time. 

I am just fed up with too dramatic ends of many fantasy dramas. Instead of watching final fluffy episodes, they are about fighting villains and leads almost dying.

Not omnipotent  but very powerful/dangerous...it's a movie, but the closest I can think of is 

  • Painted Skin: The Guo Jingming Edition in which the ML is a powerful and dangerous nine tailed fox who pretends to be a weak and frightened boy in order to get close to/win the trust of the ML and FL.

Also not exactly but close...

Also maybe along those lines...ML is a powerful human pretending to be weak:
