FL who's really, really shy but an airhead who easily gets lost in rants/digressions

Like she really likes to ramble on and on only to suddenly realize she said something that makes her feel really embarrassed and shy and doesn't dare to face her opponent, like in a cute way :) And she does it over and over again and never learns.
