Not sure if Blacklist would meet your criteria. It's a rollercoaster of plot holes on a serious but implausible premise, except some of the plot holes turn out to be misdirection or clues. It's not abysmal and much of the acting is solid, especially from the younger actors. (The adults are more likely to head into melodrama territory.)
Maybe it takes itself seriously, but given the random nature of nearly all of the high school boys' nicknames (it's Thai, where everyone has a short nickname, often from a different language, in addition to their longer formal name), I'm not sure the writers did. The girls' names are thematic, and the theme is continued for some the later minor boy characters; my pet theory is that the munchies had kicked in by the time the screenwriters got to naming them so they were saddled with food-related monikers. It would explain a lot. Highlight in this regard (sorry, wrong character it was Title, aka Muscle) was one of the lads making a dramatic plea to a girl called Cupcake.
Recurring product placements centered around drinks. Behold the wonders of Traffic's favourite chocolate drink and the mind-boosting powers of Jim Bae's mysterious small green bottles but stay away from that purple one in the science lab.
Eight of the young actors I respect from their later work so a big part of my enjoyment was watching them and the moments of recognition of the four I didn't realise were in it. This, along with being under the weather recovering from my Covid and flu boosters, meant I wasn't worrying much about the plot and it's safety hazard pot holes so I'm not sure if it's sufficiently bad enough to qualify for your list.
You might get a kick out of it anyway. One not to overthink but just enjoy the ride.
