Trinity of Shadows - Taiwanese drama, done by HBO. And omg is it good. It truly makes you question right and wrong. And this drama does it kind of in a backward way. Normally asian dramas start with grey characters that become somewhat good in the end. This ones does the reverse and it is such a gut punch of how people are trying to be good but end up just like the person they judged the most. I looooooooooved it to bits. Its an amazingly well done drama. highly recommend it.
Watcher - here we have a drama based off of revenge and Lordy it is really well done. You wonder if revenge and justice don't counter one another.
Money Flower - another revenge story. this one is more following the line of what is allowed when it comes to fighting for your own justice. Is it ok to play with people however you please? and who are you truly hurting in the end.
Burning Ice - this one has revenge as a plot but the majority is just raw life and how it deals you sitatuons that put you in tuff situations.
Gold Panning -the evilness of life. This one has a more cliche character that ends up being the good one but honestly I live for the arc of the other male lead. It was utterly amazing. How much greed is allowed to influence you and how greed is actually just utterly destroying all
Big issues - this one is a little more tricky since there are many aspects to this drama that are not well done but the overall gist is how far is ok in terms of media and personal ambition. I liked it, heck I loved it but this one I'd say is one of the most tricky ones
On that note I'd also highly recommend you one western drama called "McMafia". It is one of the best series I have ever seen in my life. highly highly recommend it. Its based off an investigative book, so the basis is actually real life. The morality aspect truly is amazing. It follow someone who become what he hated the most and it truly makes you think of where you'd be if youdhave to face the same things.
