These may not be EXACTLYYYY what you're looking for, but are similar. It's a harder search with both SML and ML.
Please Feel at Ease Mr. Ling- This was the drama that first came to mind. The ML first approaches the FL because she has shares at his father's company. But he falls in love with her. The only thing that's different here is the brother of the ML also tries to approach her because of the shares, but he's not the SML. Either way, the FL feels betrayed. Yes it's a happy ending.
Roy Leh Senae Rai- I don't know if you're into Thai dramas or not. But this is another one that came to mind. No SML here who wants something of hers tho. It's just the ML who manipulates her to get what he wants, but later regrets it when he finds himself falling for her.
