Not sure Moonlight Chicken meets those criteria as the two MLs become best friends en route. Jim (who I wouldn't call weaker) is avoiding a relationship but not Wen. Their looking into each other's eyes smiles are more intimate than many MCs kisses.
In some ways Fish Upon the Sky might come closer. Not a one night stand. Insecure guy takes an intense dislike to the more confident ML, who will not give up. Ever. It's not the healthiest of dynamics but most fans are happy to ignore that.
Love in the Air is MAME, right? Wedding Plan maybe, if you haven't seen that. The bad encounter is that the wealthy ML is getting married to a woman and hires the younger ML to be his wedding planner.
