I’ve seen this mostly on secondary couples, the perfect example was “Love is for suckers” with John and Jiwan, they were soooo adorable and she never lost weight because the drama wasn’t focused on that, she was always authentic and adorable WITHOUT LOSING WEIGHT or having a “makeover.”
Another example could be Choi Kang Joon and Na Eun from Adult Training. I don’t want recs of those dramas with the “makeover” trope, so please do not recommend me Oh my Venus, Birth of a Beauty or the movie 200 Pounds Beauty.
