ML has perfect memory

I remember beginning to watch a drama a few years ago where the ML had perfect memory and could basically remember every second of his time with the woman he loved, but she later died, then he met another woman who had a lot of similarities with her or something, and I think it was kinda hinted she was his lovers best friend or something. Anyways, I just watched 2-3-4 episodes before I decided to pause and wait for new episodes until I eventually completely forgot about the drama until now :)

Anyone know which drama this was?
