Drama Recipes for Diabetes?

Hey everyone,

I'm hoping you can recommend some dramas with crazy-high levels of sweetness between the main couple. I'm fine with tension/angst OUTSIDE the main couple, but I'm in the mood to watch a show where the leads are mature, supportive, and most importantly SWEET green-flags with each other. I'd prefer it if they got together early, rather than later - but I'm open to a slow burn romance as long as there's no love triangle or noble idiocy keeping them apart. Basically, I just want a drama that will make me smile a lot as I get to see two people deeply in love with each other.

Not really bad communication, just both leads secretly have a crush on the other (and have no idea it's mutual love), but are both very shy and keep failing to confess to each other. They're cute before they figure it out, and then adorable (and both green flags with no breakups or anything) once they get together.
