Maybe the trick series? They aren't really detectives but they act like them - figuring out the mystery? or for a bit more fantasy/sci fi maybe mop girl? Again not a detective but she does figure out the mystery?

I also vote for Perfect Report. I don't hear many people talking about it, but it's a good "crime solving" drama.
