The only drama that comes to my mind is Ohitorisama. They lead guy is really quirky and shy, he falls in love with his co-worker that happen to be 10 years older, it's really funny though. She's super independent e weird sometimes ^^

If weird is the key word, then you can't miss Date - Koi to wa Donna Mono Kashirai. It's a drama with a lot of wisdom, only told in a very unprecedented and hilarious way. The two leads are the weirdest couple that ever graced dramaland - and I mean it in a good way. :)
