These have been my favourites within the genre, so I'd like to watch similar dramas. It's cool if it has romance, but I'm focusing on the other genres. Psychopaths are a bonus! Thank you!

P.S.: I had to drop City Hunter because it just had so many clichés /: I'm indecisive on giving it a second try.

Personally, I think all of these have at least one of those genres in them to some degree even if they're not categorized as such on MDL.

The Devil is amazing. You might also check out Pied Piper, Resurrection, and Time Between Dog and Wolf. If you're looking for psychopaths, H.I.T. with Go Hyun Jung and Ha Jung Woo or A Man's Story (by the same screenwriter as Healer) are good options.
