Action + romance drama

I would like to watch an action drama that has some romance in it.
Things I want:

- mentally strong female lead

- couple with lots of chemistry

- interesting plot and characters

Things I don't want:
- weak female lead who cries too much or a female lead who isn't likeable
- too much romance related drama. I want a smooth relationship

triangle Gangster/Crime drama. Male and female lead are kindred from poor part of town. They have meaningful connection but many obstacles.
Liar Game not really any romance but interesting connection between female lead and male lead. It's short 12 eps really well written.
Bring it on Ghost. action/comedy/romance. Female lead is a ghost and male lead a human who can see ghosts..they end up working together to fight off other ghosts.
Dr Stranger mix of action/long lost love/ medical drama. cute genius doctor.
