Wants to be famous for a reason

Hello :)

So I wondered if there are any dramas or movies out there who depict this kind of theme, as I think it would be really interesting to watch.

As I was listened to a song, I wondered how a show would be, where the character wants to become famous in order to find his/her family or someone else. Or they want to be famous for other reasons that might seem a bit special.

I would be curious to see if there are any shows like this and the country doesn't matter.

ikemen desu ne and its remakes : you're beautiful and fabulous boys. I watched the japanese and korean dramas, but the theme wasn't that interesting to me.
there is also the anime Skip Beat! witch I highly recommend; I think there was a thai drama adaptation with the same name ...
