Just as the title states, are there any good dramas about a power hungry leader, and their downfall?  Or maybe a leader that started out with good intentions, then became hungry for power?

Moonlovers: Scarlet Heart (historical; starts off with good intentions, then turns evil and fights for the throne)
Cruel City (there is a side storyline where a cop goes undercover, then turns evil and only works for money and power)

Queen Seondeok - Mishil is that for me. Her back ground story stars as her being a good woman then all those heart break made her seek out power
Cruel City - the police commisioner in this drama stars out to be such a good guy, only to turn quite evil and uses everyone for his gain. 
tree with deep roots - tells of how some people didnt want the korean language to be made cause they dont want to control and want power
iris - the bestfriend of the lead her was quite good at the strt, then slowly he turned dark
yongpal - the female lead was the person who was good until she woke up and wanted revenge
Healer - the farmers organization was super power hungry
Punch - jo chaehyun was definitely the evil power hungry man with some other character that started to look good onky to turn bad
east of Eden - the power hungry people in this drama is many to mention
pied piper - a cat and mouse game on who the real power hungry people are and who wants justice
