not rich male lead/not rich female lead/rich second male lead love triangle

Anyone know of any shows where there's a love triangle like this? Maybe the second male lead uses his money to woo her and succeeds, but then the female lead realizes she loved the male lead and doesn't care about money. The male lead feels inferior to the rich second male lead.
