Asian drama/movie with taboo and intense relationship

So i was watching love and fortune and i really enjoyed the angst and taboo aspect of the drama so if you can recommend any dramas like this it would be great. Forbidden love and angst with a darker tone and can also have mature scenes.

Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru is a japanese one I recall
Another is Kdrama Autumn Tale, which is about a bro/sis that grow up and he was infatuated with her even as a child. While they are still kids, they find out that she was a baby switched at birth and the story deals with the repercussions of that, as well as his continued love for her. It creates a lot of havoc between the two families. Worth watching even though it isnt truly taboo in the end since they arent blood related.

Try watching the J-drama Sachi-iro No One Room It was a pretty deep drama which dealt with an abused and bullied teenager falling in love with the guy who supposedly kidnapped her.
