J dramas with heroism, honor and selflessness themes

hey im looking for J dramas that kinda give off the feel good selflessness type roll and honor, i cant describe what i want well, but j dramas like this: Good luck!! 2003 DOCTORS Saikyou no Meii 2011, love how he goes into the hospital changing it to something better. Dragon Zakura 2005 GTO 1998 JIN i think some of you will get me :P

If you liked DOCTORS Saikyou no Meii, you would absolutely love Doctor X and probably also Iryu Team Medical Dragon. Probably even Godhand Teru.

Bloody Monday got a lot of "heroism" in it.

And for movies, DOGxPOLICE.

These are the only dramas/movies I've watched that matches with your criteria(I think).

Perhaps no 2000s dramas describes heroism better than Fumo Chitai. It's 19 episodes but worth watching
