I watched Family's Honor on a recommendation from one of the main page articles and I was wondering if anyone came across more of that type of thing (ideally anything non-Chinese, preferably Korean because having original voices is important).
Anyways the general plot of Family's Honor:
Female lead is from a very traditional family, she's quiet and reserved as a result of a tragedy in her past but willing to speak out if she sees something she perceives as wrong. She's a working professor but she just has that elegant/noble feeling. She doesn't get overly angry or mad. Very reserved.
Male lead is kind of a bulldozer who doesn't respect cultural traditions and will do whatever it takes to "win" in his business dealings or get what he or his family wants.
And the general romantic plot is that the male lead's persistence eventually causes the female lead to open up around him, crack jokes, smile and overcome her tragic past. The male lead also changes and starts putting her first, looking out for people she cares about... compared to the start where he would use someone in her life (or anyone really) to further his goals.
