Recently watched Thai Drama titled Ka Neung Ha, started from episode 5 so I don't know what happened before it but from episode 5 onward I never saw the male lead (named Poom) accusing the female lead for this or that, distrust her or looking down on her in any way. He adored her and you could see how he always tried to steal some hug or hold her hand but he never used force. He showed his love with words and actions and it's adorable. And after a dozens of dramas where the male lead was mentally and physically abusive to the woman he was supposed to be in love with, I found Ka Neung Ha to be really refreshing and I would recommend it to any romance lover like me. But on the other hand I don't really like it when the male lead is too prim and proper like QIHM's male lead (Ka Neung Ha's male lead was a player at some point, that added the spices). Sood Sanaeha's male lead was too reserved for me too. So, anything come to mind? Thank you :D Edit: skinships isn't a must, but it's definitely a plus. If you know Samee Teetra's male lead (named Pisut), he was a great example too. Not really like Poom, but you could see how cute it is when Pisut found his wife's behavior as cute when others just found it overbearing. Leh Roy Ruk was another great example, despite the conditions that supposed to break the couple's trust they kept being as cute as heck, mostly because of the great male lead.
I'd totally suggest My Queen with Cheryl Yang and Ethan Ruan. He adores the female lead and is so sweet to her. It is one of my favorites.
Absolute Boyfriend, the female lead is kind of annoying and for some reason they dubbed her voice, but I just absolutely loved the male lead in it. He was the reason I watched it and the reason I endured it. I wrote a review on it if you're interested. There is also a Japanese version which I haven't seen yet called Zettai Kareshi which I assume will have the same type of male lead that spoils the girl.

Last Cinderella, she gets spoiled by two men, pretty cute Jdrama I'd recommend.

Cool, totally gonna try that one. I noticed that it was remade by Korean as Witch's Romance, would you recommend that too?

Ah, I remembered Zettai Kareshi, I've read the entire manga. Wasn't really impressed but back then I haven't fed up with abusive male leads. I'll give the live action ver a try. But I'm not really a fan of plain girl x perfect guy pairing, which sounds like that was the case? As for Last Cinderella, is it contained heavy love-triangle? I'm scared of love triangle.

I haven't yet watched the K-drama remake of this drama. However, quite a few of my drama friends have watched it and enjoyed it a lot. It is next up on my to watch list so I'll let you know :)

You could also try A Gentleman's Dignity, this is one of my favorite for all the couples involved. The main lead adores his lady even though at first he does his best to deny that he's in love.

Try this one! The characters are all so sweet and loveable (+no evil characters)
The main guy treats the lead girl perfectly fine and the side stories involving love are so sweet
This is quite long since it has 72eps (although 1ep =~40min), but it was my first long drama and I didn't even get bored or anything
Definitely worth watching! So refreshing!

Personally I would recommend watching Witch's Romance! I've not watched the original version, but I really enjoyed this so I'd give it a go if I were you. The main male lead is very affectionate with the female lead.

I can't really think of any suggestions however I'm going to second "A Gentleman's Dignity" from DramaNoona's reply he did quite adore the girl from I've watched of it although I haven't completed it, so it may change or something...but I'm guessing not to be honest.
hi! I'm currently watching a taiwanese drama called ToGetHer with Jiro Wang and Rainie Yang, and I think it could fit what you like. Although their relationship starts with the typical bickering, very early on you can feel how much more caring and gentle the male lead is with the female lead than with other people - and of course, this just grows with each episode. There are so many moments in the drama where he helps her, pays attention to her when everyone else forgets her (she's a quiet girl that has been forgotten all her life by others), tolerates how bizarre she can be (she's obsessed with a manga character, yet he doesn't mock her or try to change her, but on the contrary tries to adapt himself to her world), treats her to something special, cares for her when she's ill, saves her... (it's not one-sided though, she definitely does just as much for him). I'm only halfway though, but I'm loving this drama :) Good luck!
I'm just watching I Do, I Do and it fits the "adores and spoils the female lead" category perfectly imho. :)
