CEO who's more manly

Dunno how many dramas there are with a so called overbearing Ceo who's like a prissy princess with a bad temper. 

What I want is an overbearing Ceo but who is not afraid of getting down and dirty or doing some heavy lifting and would do equally well whether he was an office worker or down on the factory floor.
