brothers that don't know they are brothers

It's a plot twist to the story so I'm marking this as a spoiler. Remember You (2021) (and the Korean original version Hello Monster) is a story about brothers who are separated as children and are later reunited years later but only one of them remembers the other. I recommend the Thai version since it's the one I've watched and enjoyed a lot!
