Hello everyone!

I'm searching a drama similar to OH MY VENUS where the FL changes her outside and inside with the help of sport. 

What would you recommend?

A bit beside your point, but the only thing I could think of was the movie: The Dude in Me. 

This is the ML who becomes a hottie through sport but he ropes in the 2 FL (it's complicated) and she becomes confident even though she doesn't physically change.
