couldn't think of kdrama/jdrama with the same plot yet

i would like to watch more on the melo one, anyone got some drama recommendation?

Behind Your Smile - the ML is protecting the FL in the hopes of getting her mother to appear, although she doesn't know that. You definitely should watch Secret . It's a classic.

I also recommend Hotel King or historical General and I (but I am not sure if you will like this genre, it is historical/strategic and cringey in some parts)

I have an impression that you might also like Lie After Lie . It is not "revenge turn to love" but there are both: love and revenge and also a lot of melo.
