Hidden marriage

There is one that is in the back of my head that I cannot remember all of the details but I think it is a Japanese one where their parents married them off while they were young (still in high school) and they keep it a secret from the rest of the school. Cannot remember that one at all.

Then there is the Japanese one where ML is really popular, they end up being scammed into renting this one apartment so they choose to share it and not tell anyone (going to great lengths to hide it). Not sure if they end up married but I think there is a season two. Unfortunately my brain cannot come up with the name of either of these. (EDIT - thanks housemate - Good Morning Call).

I think the movie you're thinking of is "I'm Underage but I'm Not a Child", which is very fun, despite the unfortunate title :D
