I am looking for a second chance romance dramas where the lead couple or side couple have misunderstandings and breaks up. They meet after years and slowly fall for each other again. I want the Female Lead to be a strong character.

Hm so the best one is definitely Cunning Single Lady. She is just golden and their story makes a lot of sense too.
