Not exactly what you're looking for but similar, all has moment(s) of recognition where the ML doesn't recognise the FL at first sight but under circumstances, feels familiar (and also, I love this type of trope XD):

• Crush (ML has never seen FL's face before but recognises her voice, so when he finally sees FL's face, he doesn't recognise her but only after she starts speaking)
• Dance of the Phoenix (FL met her (ex?)fiancé aka ML years on under a different name and face - undercover. Then the second time they meet, it's under the FL's true self. Then instances lead the ML to realise that the "undercover" girl is the FL)
• Jun Jiu Ling (ML thinks FL is dead, FL has changed face, a lot of moments where the ML pauses/is in shock because the FL's actions/habits are similar to his love interest aka FL) - I think this is the most fitting!
• She Was Pretty (FL and ML has changed a lot since childhood and has been years since the ML and FL last saw each other. They planned to meet one day but the ML didn't recognise her, only the FL recognised him, but later on, her habits and actions remind the ML of his love interest)
• Maiden Holmes (Not quite similar to what you want but still has that moment of recognition which makes the ML start treating the FL differently)

There’s a short drama called A Familiar Stranger and it’s really good quality for a short series!! FL changed face due to circumstances, ML and FL knew each other before and fell for each other but never met again, ML recognises FL from her actions/etc a couple of times before he is sure she is the FL. It’s really good!!

I chanced upon some clips of Love in Flames of War and it kinda fits what you're looking for. It definitely has that moment of recognition while the FL is under a different identity. ML tries to test her identity multiple times cos he thinks she's her.
