any drama like this? any country language or num of episodes will do

Beyond the Clouds is to some degree similarish and the only thing i can think of in regards to asian dramas.

If you look for the same storyline id recommend you to watch meryem (tales of innocence). Its a turkish tv-series that has the exact same storyline as KLeut Cheewit and Secret.
