ML Falls For Playgirl / Arrogant FL

I can't think of any dramas that fit this criteria closely, but I Need Romance Season 3 and The Legends are sort of in the ballpark.

In Zhang Gong Zhu Zai Shang, My Sassy Princess, Crash Landing on You, A Business Proposal, High Society and The Romance of Tiger and Rose. the FL creates a bit of a playgirl persona, but it's mostly or entirely for show.

Edit: The FL does not have to be a playgirl but just be someone that is not ideally dateable or likable by others because of her personality or lifestyle.

That definitely expands the field.

• Her Private Life - Lifestyle (extreme fangirl with a whole secret identity).
• Just Between Lovers - The FL went through a traumatic experience and her sister died. She experiences PTSD and survivor's guilt and her whole family dynamic was also seriously effected. Her mother has not gotten over it and is a bit of an alcoholic, her father moved out and the FL (who is an adult) lives with and looks after her mother.
• Extraordinary Attorney Woo - The FL is autistic, which brings some unique requirements and dynamics into a dating scenario.
• Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo - Personality (bold) and lifestyle (competitive weightlifter).
• I Hear Your Voice - Prickly personality and lifestyle (the FL has a job that is very time consuming, is very messy, etc.).
• Why Her? - Arrogant / prickly personality. Also a murder suspect at one point.
• Witch's Romance - Prickly personality + workaholic.
• The Happy Loner - Prickly personality. 
• The Beauty Inside - Arrogant / prickly persona.
• Hotel del Luna - Personality (materialistic and domineering) + lifestyle (unhappy immortal running a hotel for the dead with intimidating supernatural powers that she's not afraid to use to terrify mortals into doing what she wants). Tbh I don't remember exactly who falls for who / when.
• Romance Is a Bonus Book - Lifestyle (divorced with a child).
• Ms. Perfect - Lifestyle (separated from her husband with kids).
• It's Okay to Not Be Okay - The FL has an abrasive personality that is hard to describe... sort of arrogant, materialistic, demanding, theatrical and dark? The ML fell for the FL when they were kids but she was forced to scare him off. 
• Itaewon Class - Personality (sociopath). FL falls / pursues first but the ML has a soft spot for her for a long time.
• Dream High - Personality (arrogant) and lifestyle (the FL's family was rich but her father is now running from debtors - he abandoned the FL and her sister and they lost their home and possessions).
• Into the Ring - Bold / tenacious personality that earns her the title "queen of civil complaints".
• My Love from the Star - Arrogant and prickly personality.
• Strongest Deliveryman - Prickly personality. 

If you consider the FL having to pretend to be a guy full-time a lifestyle that might be problematic in terms of being ideally dateable to men that identify as straight:

Love to Hate You

Based on her own experience, the FL does not believe that men can be believed or trusted, or that real love and romance are possible. She also questions why it's socially acceptable for men to be playboys / have casual sex / sleep around, but not for women. For years she flirts / dates / and sleeps with a large number of scumbag cheaters. In at least some cases, she targets specific guys whose girlfriends told the FL that the guy cheated on them or abused them. But she also says that cheaters are fun to spend time with and easier to seduce. She cheats on these guys and enjoys dumping them. In some cases she beats them up.

When she first encounters the ML, she hears him say something misogynistic. Later she suspects him of grooming a minor. She decides to seduce the ML and keep up her usual pattern with him... until she realizes her suspicions were a misunderstanding. I wouldn't say that her playgirl tendencies really last through to the half way mark, but it's a short drama.

The ML likes her regardless of that fact and tries hard to win her over.

The ML knows that the FL is not like the women he's used to (his mother and ex were selfish and gave him a complex and the leading ladies in his romance dramas tended to be insufferable and selfish - while the FL is courageous, independent and not selfish) when he falls for her. When he learns about her sexual history, he doesn't judge her for it or hold it against her.

He also tries to prevent her from flirting/sleeping around and becomes jealous quite often because of it. 

This isn't really relevant by the time the ML is interested. The ML doesn't try to stop the FL from interacting with her most recent ex-turned-colleague / friend (including drinking with him) but does take over sending her drunk ex home in a cab.

I watched it long time ago and never rewatched it ... but as far I remember not before 8th ep at least ... Again, I'm not sure ...
