Big Issue - the theme here is not per say about romance. It's more about two leads coming together and working together. She is the successful one, he is someone who is lost and homeless. so it is opposite to what you specifically wanted....but I really enjoyed this drama a lot lot

Lost Romance - I think she is in her late 20ties here. So I guess 28/29? Or maybe 30 I am not 100% sure anymore. Either way, she is the lost one, he is successful. Romance ensured

Cunning Single Lady - leads used to be married but divorced. He got very very successful, she is very much struggling, especially since she took on all the debt that they had. Per chance she realizes who he is now and voila. Story unfolds

9 ends 2 out => this is quite funny but the first few episodes are ....quite repetitive. However it is basically what you want plus friends to lovers story with a lot of sweet moments in the last 6 episodes 

Five Enough - Don't let the episode count scare you. It's a great drama. The FL is divorced w/3 kids while the ML is a widower w/2 kids. Both have their struggles, but I think it's fair to say that she struggles more.

Another recommendation: Meet Yourself

This is an extraordinarily healing show, and one with a ton of depth. The ML and FL are some of the most mature and real characters I've seen in a C-drama. You need to be okay with a slow, slice of life drama where there isn't much (melo)drama. But it's totally worth it.
