I've been watching Poong the Joseon Psychiarist and it's making me want to watch more historical dramas. The trouble is I hate, loathe, despise, the whole royal court politics that come with these dramas. I've watched only a handful because my tolerance for the constant political backstabbing and scheming minsters is low.
So basically I'm looking for historical kdramas that are low on the political scheming, preferrably with romance or slight romance (sorry romance junkie here). Also preferrably with a happy ending and no/weak love triangles (but then I did absolutely love The Red Sleeve so I'm open).
