Drama similar to Hasee Toh Phasee

So if you haven't watched this movie it is like this

Hero is in relationship with Heroine's sister but he is tasked with taking care of her, they have somewhat of an instant connection and they are friends to lovers, so what I am asking bascially is the ML who is in relationship develops a friendship a connection to FL and starts to love her he is tied down by responsibilities.

I know this is difficult to find but it's such a heartwarming movie and I love it way too much so I want something similar
Things I don't want:

The ML and FL are enemies

Just one requirement: ML tied down by responsibilities meets outstanding FL.

One Spring night - it is not a movie, instead a series but it has a few points you look for. He is a young guy with responsibilities in terms of having a little kid. He meets her, they have a connection and slowly develop a relationship. It is truly a heart warming wonderful series.

The Winter the wind blows- she is blind, he is faking to be her estranged brother. He initially is out for the money but he ends up taking care of her, helping her and falling for her. Really a nice drama 

Narratage - this is more to what you initially looked for. He is in a relationship, he meets her, she used to be a student of his once upon a time. But it is not per say a happy ending sort of a story. It is wonderful in many terms and very artsy though.

As for your question, the only thing I can thing of is The Gentlemen of Wolgyesu Tailor Shop . I don't remember it very well. But there was something a little similar about they both being married to other people on paper I think.

Sorry I didn't see this forum until now, yeah it's a really GREAT movie, some recommendations I can give you: For east asian Too Beautiful to Lie (2004 amd P.S. Partner(But it has nudity) I don't watch many Korean movies as I watch mainly Indian movies here you go: Khoobsurat, Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani (Similar to Hasee Toh Phasee), Befikre (Nudity-Butt), ae dil hai mushkil.

I won't say they all are similar to Hasee Toh Phasee but for the tied down by responsibilities part Too beautifult to lie hits the spot, and Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani.

It's on Netflix and it's exactly "Hasee Toh Phasee" it's not a drama but a bollywood movie.
