START-UP: Choose your ENDGAME: MIJI or DalDo?

Lolol I mean that we all know Ji-Pyung has some sort of feeling for Dal-Mi, my point wasn't that he doesn't like her, it's that he can't admit it yet and isn't sure of his feelings. That is usually a pretty clear sign he's not going to get the girl, especially with the fact that the scene contrasts that "no" with Do-san's "yes". Do-san is actively pursuing her, Ji-Pyung is as of now sitting by the sidelines and it's gonna be too late when he admits his feelings. The male lead is usually the more proactive one. 

so I waited until the latest two episodes to reply and it's like I completely forgot all the dramas I've ever watched and the tropes used lol you're right in it's usually the proactive lead who gets the girl but because in the first episode Jipyeong is introduced first and got a lot of time dedicated to his past AND has the childhood link to the female lead, I thought for sure the writers are gonna pull a fast one on us and somehow have Jipyeong be endgame. BUT after watching the last two episodes... I do think they're gonna stick with Dosan. I adore Jipyeong but omg! he can be a bit cruel although I do understand why he's like that. I'm looking forward to his growth and how Dalmi and Dosan will influence him

*sigh* I have so many more thoughts about Jipyeong and Dosan and Dalmi and Injae too and their growth and conflicts but I don't think this is the place lol

TEAM MIJI FOREVER!!!

Initially when i started watching the drama i tried my best to stan Dosan beacause he is the ML but i just couldn't and i tried my best  not to stan HJP because i hate it when i ship the wrong  couple cuz it just results in heartbreak.But trust me it became impossible for me to not support HJP because i feel like the backstory really  spoke to me.And i connected with it immediately.He was the one who wrote letters to Dalmi and those were the only source of comfort and happiness to her for years.He was there for Dalmi in her toughest times.Even though the first letter he wrote was with the grandma ,the others were not fake and he started writing the letters on his own ,even the birthday wish that he wrote about in the letter wasn't just copy pasted from the tv he had his own thought process behind it he wanted to play gostop with his familyy....... a family he never had and it looks  really genuine to me.He also looked happy when he found the letter in the birdbox.He could have stopped just after a few  letters but he continued for as long as he was there.And i dont think he forgot Seo Dalmi's name otherwise why would he follow her after the conference at sandbox?Even now he is doing so many things for dalmi and he has done so many extra things and not just what grandma asked him to do.So i dont think its about the debt anymore.............. or maybe it never was but he just didn't admit it .

Now onto Dosan ,tbh he is a lil too immature and childish.He started liking Dalmi  from the first time they met that means he fell for her exterior first.And i didnt quite connect with him.I hope there is a good character development otherwise its gonna be really hard for me to see dalmi and dosan together.

But i know MIJI probably wont come true cuz the ML is Dosan but i wish this drama isn't like all the others where the 2nd ML never gets the FL.But yeah i think my heart is gonna break when the drama ends!!!

No offence to Daldo shippers, but I really hope they'll pull a Reply 1988 card on us. 

Where they chose the second lead as the end game. Just like how Bo Gum was the second lead to the core, but he was the end game.

HJP's character is shown as someone who is quite hesitant to show his emotional side whether it was with grandma or NDS or SDM. So expecting his confession to SDM this early in the drama is not fair so we can't compare him to Jung Hwan who is hesitant till the 18th episode (but it still hurts to think about Jung Hwan's  confession to himself in his jeep=(). Instead i am comparing this drama  with "she was pretty". I know NDS is not that selfish as the  SLF  was in she was pretty but he tried to coverup the truth when HJP was almost going to confess the truth. I think this drama is raising the interest of the viewers by making SLM more charming but in the coming episode they will turn the tables and will show something evil about HJP which i absolutely don't want to see:(. I just want SDM to remember those letters and her first love and make a decision like park seo joon did in she was pretty:P.

Sorry, I didn't mean to say about the show or the story equally. I'm just talking about how the writers suprised us by choosing a second lead than the person who what we thought was the first lead. So when we all though that Do San was the end game, since, the show is heading towards, Han Ji Pyeong might have an actual chance to be the end game. 

And yeah, She Was Pretty is a pretty good example. As well as an old american movie called The Truth About Cats and Dogs. Where she is a dj, the guy fell for her personality through the radio phone call. But because she's kind of insecure, she presented her friend instead. Since, she doesn't have feelings for him yet.  And he fell for her friend who took a liking to him too. There are time where the girls wanted to tell the truth, but the her girl friend in love with him for real. He was already hinting that her friend was not who he though she was. Shes catching feelings for him too. She's always third wheeling until eventually truth has been revealed. I don't remember the most parts, but, the two broke up in a casual manner, and he wanted to start again with the actual girl he fell for, which is the dj.
