START-UP: Choose your ENDGAME: MIJI or DalDo?

Reply 1988- All of the cast besides the FL had equal screen time, equal backstory. The ML wasn't set. No favouritism. 

Start Up- The complete first episode was just HJP focused. Why everyone thinks NDS is still the favoured one is beyond me. Dude quickly realised he liked her and just decided to go for it you know. Unlike HJP the tsundere.

It's first come first serve based on who expresses their feelings first, not who met the FL first. Long live Daldo :p

Yes, I thought the same thing!  After  ep. 7  I thought that he might be out of the race.  LOL But, now after watching ep. 8 I don’t know.  He looks like he is getting in there again.  He still might have a chance.  It seems like the writer is switching back and forth between the two just to tease us. :)

honestly tho grandma asked HJP to write those letters it was maybe his choice to keep writing them for a year even if not after some years when you see some else taking credit of what you did there's nothing selfish about it, it's is human nature. Maybe that time HJP was not sure about his feelings who knows?

The fact that he has kept all those letters shows it wasn't just halmoni's suggestion that made him do that. It was his own will. Just like how indebted he was to halmoni, he was equally indebted to Dalmi for being a companion during his hard time. Just like Dalmi whose family got broken, he was kicked out of his orphanage with very little money. They were both shattered and the letter exchange helped both of them in a way we cannot actually relate (unless something similar has happened to you). 

As you mentioned, he was indeed not aware of his feelings for her, but he did keep those letters with him and could understand how she thinks/feels. His emotions always change along with Dalmi. When she has hardships or cries his eyes also turn red, when she laughs he laughs. 

I know the scriptwriter will pull off the "he realized but it was too late. FL already fell for ML" card, so I am not surprised anymore. As much as I love all the characters in this drama, I love HJP. I do not really care who she ends up with anymore. I just want my sweetheart HJP to have a happy ending.

MIJI PLEASE.

The thing is that Dalmi hasn't been giving off any type of romantic feelings towards him so I hope that changes meanwhile...

It is because Nam Do San has had a normal life with a family, friends, school life and so on. Just not career wise I guess. So there's no need for any dramatic backgrounds. He's almost perfect if he wasn't geeky. And I guess, that's why I can't relate and connect with to him, lolz.

That's perfectly fine. I love the geeky part of him too. Every bodies got preferences and only Dalmi's matter here xD

Aren't you the one rooting for HJP because of kdrama tropes? Has a connection with the FL from when they were kids, he's rich and successful but a snob, cold exterior and warmer inside etc etc

Awwww too bad this type of character just comes off as an asshole in real life. (its a kdrama after all lmao) 

lemme tell you one thing if we do mistakes and the person tells us it's okay rather than how to improve we will keep doing the same. When are parents scold us and discourage us we want to prove our self that we have the potential and then we start working hard HJP is like that parent if he won't scold ,  will he watch whatever wrong they are doing?  he is a INVESTOR 

He wasn't rich from birth is was an orphan who didn't had any financial support still worked so hard that now he is successful. what makes you call him asshole? if you been in in this position a orphan still successful in future should i have called you asshole?

HJP wrote letters on grandma's saying but it was his choice further to continue them. It s unfair ofc someone else taking the credit of what you did tho you remember or not. And talking about NDS he just got emotionally attached DM in the first placed wouldn't even have like him if she he wasn't the one in letters. She like the person who wrote the letters over NDS.

you are ignoring the story either becuz you want SDM and NDS together or you are a Nam Ju Hyuk fan
