Unpopular opinion: I hate that there's a romance in this film. This show would go so well even without an ounce of romance. Everything in this movie is so well thought-out, from acting to every single little detail. But though, I hate the plot that ML has to be a perfect, all-girls swooning guy being in love with our Woo. Not that she doesn't deserve him thou.
Understandable opinion, You’re free to like whether the romance is suitable or not! For me, this representation is highly important to the series as it gives the main point that people with disabilities can also fall in love just like any human falls in love and can also experience romantic feelings towards someone they like. Though this series mainly focuses on law, Jun Ho is really respectful of Young Woo and sees Young Woo as Young Woo. It adds the touches of different messages and lessons we learn. Jun Ho being written was one of them, as he isn’t just some ‘nice male lead who tops the side,’ but he expresses his emotions through interactions and conversations with Young Woo. In each episode and from the beginning of the series, he is very considerate of Young Woo and his other co-workers within the series and continues to work hardship. He really does like Young Woo, and is very serious of his feelings. He is very patient with her, and doesn’t overstep a boundary that she may not like as there are many things such as physical touch that Young Woo does not like. He is very respectful of this and tries his very best to not overstep that boundary. Whether regardless or romance or not, I think that your opinion is also in the valid as this series also focuses in the aspect of law, and Young Woo’s journey into being an attorney. Then again, again for me, I personally like the touches of romance on the side from time to time as it also flows with the plot. Again, this is just my opinion though. I respect your opinion highly!
