I quite like this idea, I have found that many people make lists of dramas/movies that have a specific genre or story-line (example: Inter-species romance, Action romance, Vampires, etc.), I find these types of lists very helpful because they usually include the best types of dramas with that genre/story-line so people don't have to deeply search for dramas that may interest them.
Other lists are, currently airing dramas (from specific countries), Dramas expected to be released in the specific year, good support actors/actresses, new actors, etc. If this was to be organised they would be easier to find :)
Perhaps they could be arranged similarly to how the discussions are arranged.
Despite saying this I do quite like how they are currently arranged as 'The most popular', 'Most recent', 'Lists made by friends' (People I have friended her on MDL have similar tastes to me so I like seeing dramas and actors they enjoy as they may also peak my interest) and 'Trending Lists', it is very useful.
