"Infinite" amount of episodes cap?

Some shows are on-going / we don't know when they will end (they don't have a set amount of episodes planned), e.g. music shows, some currently airing variety shows, some reality shows, some web dramas, etc.

It might make sense to have an "infinite" amount of total episodes option for these shows, so that users can still track which episode they're on without needing someone to edit the cap every time another episode is released?
