Scene Chronology

I'm currently rewatching the episodes and figured I'd help clear up some of the flashback confusion. They could've been better distinguished from the drama's present-time (especially in the first episode) so I understand the confusion/frustration.

Stating the obvious: spoilers ahead.

Also, some of these scenes are not as clearly ordered as others - so some of this is based on interpretation rather than strict markers.

(Right now, I believe I only need to do the first 4 episodes - as that should be all the flashbacks?)

EPISODE 2:

Episode 2 picks up where episode 1 left off. The only flashbacks are concerning scenes of the episode we’ve already seen and are clearly distinguishable by a grey tone over them. But for easy reference and consistency: 

Takara overhears Amagi's penguin conversation and admires Amagi’s smile (ep 1) 

Takara signs up for the same club as Amagi (aka Environmental Club) (ep 1) 

Takara continues to admire Amagi as he pops stray bubbles and later as they cross paths in the hallway (ep 1) 

Daily life leading up to an environmental club meeting (Takara turns down a confession in the classroom, Amagi sleeps in homeroom, Takara walks with friends sucking on a lollipop, Takara saves Amagi from a persistent senior classmate) (ep 1) 

Pulling weeds confession (ep 1) 

Takara’s cold behavior makes Amagi believe it’s a one-sided love (ep 1) 

Overheard confession in stairwell about Takara not dating anyone (ep 1)

Confrontation in the classroom one rainy afternoon (ep 1) 

Continuation from rain confrontation turned confession (ep 2) 

Takara and Amagi talk in hallway after school, Takara wants to walk Amagi home after he’s done meeting with the teacher (ep 2) 

Takara simps over holding Amagi’s hand (ep 2) 

Takara’s friend is pulling down people’s pants. Takara pulls Amagi aside to warn him and helps him tighten his pant strings. Takara tells Amagi to borrow his uniform next time he forgets to bring his (ep 2) 

Amagi sleeps in class and has a dirty dream about Takara in response to the gym class inyteraction (ep 2) 

Amagi runs away from and avoids Takara in the least subtle way possible (ep 2) 

Amagi talks to friend Katori about what the dream means (ep 2) 

Takara confronts Amagi about his behavior during gym class (ep 2) 

Takara asks Katori about Amagi’s behavior after school, Katori gets first clue of their relationship (ep 2) 

Amagi attempts to escape Takara on the way out of class. But Takara was sitting in wait and blocks his exit. (Ep 2) 

Takara and Amagi talk about the dream (without Amagi mentioning it was a dream, i might add), they playfully chase each other around the rooftop, eliminating further tension (ep 2) 

EPISODE 4:

Childhood flashback/dreamnof kids gossiping about Amagi not living with his parents (ep 3) 

Takara flashback to after opening ceremony when Amagi broke through his annoyance and removed a flower petal from his shoulder. Love at first sight (ep 4) 

Takara stares at Amagi x3 16-17:40min (ep 4) 

Takara overhears Amagi's penguin conversation and admires Amagi’s smile (ep 1) 

Takara signs up for the same club as Amagi (aka Environmental Club) (ep 1)
