Many peoples keep questioning what happened to Real Kang Bit-Na.

She is definetely in Afterlife. She is dead. No more plot of her or continuation of Real Kang Bit-Na's story.

In her monologue, Justitia mentioned that Real Kang Bit-Na supposedly in Fake Hell, but a failure in sinner classification made Real Kang Bit-Na landed in Hell of Murderers.

At the end of the episode 1, there is an epilogue. In the epilogue Justitia implicitly answered that Real Kang Bit-Na have done some kind of sin. Justitia never say what kind of sin, but Real Kang Bit-Na is not clean of sin. Real Kang Bit-Na's presence in hell is not a mistake.

The dead of Real Kang Bit-Na.
The series opened with Justitia in Kang Bit-Na's voice gave a monologue about the death of Real Kang Bit-Na. The scene showing her soul arise from her dead body, the blood turns to flowers and a gate magically rising and then open. Soul of Real Kang Bit-Na probably sucked into the gate, then the scene change to Justitia's room. In this room Justitia doing her job as a judge for murderers, she send the murderers to Geenna.

In her monologue, Justitia mentioned that Real Kang Bit-Na supposedly in Fake Hell, but a failure in sinner classification made Real Kang Bit-Na appeared in Hell of Murderers, where Justitia is the judge. When Real Kang Bit-Na coming into Justitia's court, she looked like walk with little limp.

Justitia then mistakenly sent Real Kang Bit-Na to Geenna. Which then Hell management system quickly corrected this, but never mention directly where Real Bit-Na is. Easy to assume Bit-Na is sent to Fake Hell, where she supposedly as Justitia's monologue.

Real Kang Bit-Na in Hell.
In epilogue scene, when Real Kang Bit-Na in field of flowers in hell. She then teleported to an elevator inside a building. The show didnt clarify when this event take place, is it before or after Real Kang Bit-Na meet Justitia?

In the elevator, there are three floor signs written in Latin language. Cmiiw, they are :

I. Tribunate.

II. Afficio.

III. Limbo.

About the Latin words and meaning, i can only find one, Limbo is some kind of hell, i cant find the other two. From one streaming platform, the floor "Tribunate" translated as "Court".

The elevator then stopped at Tribunate floor, Kang Bit-Na went through the corridor. At some part in the same floor, there is a statue with Italian words below it. The statue is in the form of two hands, one holding a sword and another hand holding a scale. Probably it represent justice, probably the floor is a court section.

The Italian word below the statue written as :

"anche se il cielo dovess cadere ci sara giustizia su questa terra",

it means :

"even if the sky falls there will be justice on this earth"

So, there is high chance the floor where Real Kang Bit-Na wandering is a court section. If this correct, probably event in epilogue happened before Real Kang Bit-Na meet Justitia.

After passing this statue, Real Kang Bit-Na spotted by Gremory.

Source of confusion.
When Real Kang Bit-Na wandering in the building somewhere in hell, she is spotted by Gremory. The show introduced Gremory as the warden of Fake Hell.

Her dialogue probably the source of confusion, Gremory said she found Kang Bit-Na, the human who escaped.

We don't know where Real Kang Bit-Na escaped from? Hell? or spesifically Fake Hell?

Gate.
After Real Kang Bit-Na escaped Gremory, a demonic beast magically appeared and chase Real Kang Bit-Na. At some point inside the building, Kang Bit-Na were cornered by the beast, with a gate behind her.

The gate then slowly open, and get rid of the beast. The scene of Real Kang Bit-Na in hell ended here, the next scene return to Justitia in Kang Bit-Na's body on Earth.

So far in this show, all magical gate mostly are port to hell. It have two doors, and when it opened, white lights came from it in a shape of asymmetric cross. The gate that appear everytime Justitia sent a sinner, the gate that appear to send Satan to Bael, the gate that appear in the opening when Real Kang Bit-Na just died, all have same features.

I don't know how some peoples can assume one of the gate transferred Real Kang Bit-Na to heaven. We never see gate to heaven or shown what heaven look like.

I assume the gate that help Real Kang Bit-Na escape demonic beast is the gate to Justitia's court, which then Real Kang Bit-Na meet Justitia for the first time as in the opening of the series.

When Real Kang Bit-Na coming into Justitia's court, she looked like walk with little limp. It probably related to her being chased by demonic beast some time before.

My Conclusion.
The epilogue scene when it showed Real Kang Bit-Na wandering in hell take place before Real Kang Bit-Na meet with Justitia. Probably it happened after a failure in sinner classification, that is why Gremory can spot Real Kang Bit-Na in the building.  Gremory is the warden of Fake Hell. Gremory meet Real Kang Bit-Na can be a coincidence, or it's really Gremory's responsibility to hunt any human's soul that escape from area under her watch.

Gremory meet with Real Kang Bit-Na happened before Justitia meet with Real Kang Bit-Na.

Hell's quick correction.
Many failures in Hell are quickly corrected. This will lead to the plot hole.

When Justitia made a failure by sending Real Kang Bit-Na to Geenna, it didn't take long time for Bael to appear to Justitia. He said that Justitia almost brand a non-murderer as a murderer, and almost send Real Kang Bit-Na to Geenna. By Bael's word "almost", i interpreted it as Hell quickly make correction of Justitia's mistake.

When Justitia mistaken Da-On as a murderers, she stab him to send him to hell. Just when she is about to brand Da-On, Bael appeared. Bael then tell Justitia that she killed wrong person, so he (Da-On) will live again. Once again Hell make quick correction.

But why the failure of Real Kang Bit-Na's sin classification take long time for correction? This is the plot hole.

If it not a plot hole, then probably there is a political scenario being played in Hell to get rid of Justitia, because this error in classification have ripple effect.

Another information.

Justitia is the judge in Hell of Murderers.

Paimon is the  judge in Hell of Betrayers.

Gremory is the warden of Fake Hell.

Related question to Real Kang Bit-Na.

  1. What happened to Real Kang Bit-Na?
She is dead. No resurrection, no continuation of her story, no way she is coming back to Earth except the writer decide to make it happen (in another season).
  2. Where is Real Kang Bit-Na?
In Hell, to be precise in Fake Hell as Justitia's monologue.
  3. Is Real Kang Bit-Na escaped Hell? is she in heaven?
Real Kang Bit-Na is a sinner, she belong to Hell. To be precise she is in Fake Hell. And i dont want to speculate further what Fake Hell is in TJFH.
  4. What is Real Kang Bit-Na's sin?
Probably she is a corrupt judge, assembly man mentioned (real) Kang Bit-Na as someone who like to live in luxury. Another sin she made probably covering a possible murder case, or a case of domestic abuse (Taegyu to his stepmother).

Given that this version of Hell is based on Dante's The Divine Comedy, Fake Hell is likely Purgatory. (Purgatory is a Catholic concept, as well as one of the three stages in Dante's work. It's an in-between stage between Heaven and Hell.) As such, she will have to do some time there and likely face a tribunate to see if she's done enough penance (a demonstration of forgiveness of her sins), at which point she will move on to Heaven (the third stage in Dante's poem.)
