Enemies To Lovers

1. Into the Ring
Korean Drama - 2020, 32 episodes
Into the Ring starts off with a pretty antagonistic relationship between the leads: one who is a jaded government employee and the other a feisty unemployed woman running for office because she needs a job. Watching their antics as they slowly come together as they take on the corrupted political system is both sweet and extremely entertaining. - u/Silly_Merricat

2. It's Okay, That's Love
Korean Drama - 2014, 16 episodes
It’s Okay, That’s Love - ML and FL meet in a debate show and start off on a heated note. Turn of events lead the main leads to live together and it so happens that despite having a very love-hate relationship they end up falling for each other, indirectly helping each other get over their traumas. The drama deals with mental health and it does it very nicely and realistically. Loved the chemistry and tension between the main leads and although the side characters were a bit annoying, it’s fun and deep regardless. - u/Fatooz
The best one I've seen is It's Ok That's Love. I liked it better than many dramas like Goblin, W,DOTS. Even Though it's an old show it's an absolute gem. - u/sreeker6

Mr. Queen is an enemies to lovers drama where it stars off with the King suspecting that the Queen's family is planning to overthrow the King. The King later finds out that the Queen is not at fault and begins to develop feelings for the Queen. - u/dramafan1
the enemies to lovers arc was done SO WELL in this drama!! - u/The_Night_Kingg

4. So I Married an Anti-Fan
Korean Drama - 2021, 16 episodes
So I Married An Anti-fan - ML is a top star and FL is a reporter. At an opening ceremony, she sees him (what she thinks) being violent towards some lady. Again, misunderstandings lead to a fight between them and she ends up being fired. During the process of trying to "expose" him, she is labelled as an anti-fan and due to some conditions, they end up on a reality show together, even though they hate each other. And as it goes, they get to know each other, fall for each other in the end. It has a lot of sweet moments and even though the ML is kinda shown as a jerk in the first ep, it's cleared why he acted that way. It's overall light and has the classic kdrama tropes, but doesn't overdo it. The 2nd FL and her character tho imo are just bad. - u/ineffablepanic

5. Go Back Couple
Korean Drama - 2017, 12 episodes
Go Back Couple - The main couple fell in love and got married, but life, misunderstandings and lack of communication leads to their separation. They are both transported back in time and they are determined to not end up together, and hate each other. But they end up falling for each other again and resolve their misunderstandings little by little and decide to go back to the future to be with their child. It's light and not really the best, but it's very enjoyable. It's funny and the chemistry is great. - u/ineffablepanic

6. Be Melodramatic
Korean Drama - 2019, 16 episodes
Be Melodramatic - The rookie writer FL and the director ML practically just can't stand each other and can never agree to the same terms to the point where they can't even work together. However, they do get along just fine as time passes by and eventually come to terms with each other. Their relationship can be annoying but it was fun watching all the banters between them. I also really enjoyed the character arc of Jeon Yeo-Bin's character. One of those dramas where I loved the side characters a bit more than the main leads. Would recommend this for the PPL jokes, the smart writing and the female friendships. - u/Fatooz

7. Boys over Flowers
Korean Drama - 2009, 25 episodes
Boys Over Flowers - FL saves a student from a prestigious school from suiciding as he was a victim of bullying by a popular gang called “F4”. ML is a part of this gang and FL gets scholarship of this school due to some turn of events. ML and FL start off on a rough note and keep fighting only to fall for each other later. If you’re a Lee Min-Ho fan then this is OG drama since this is where he became popular from. It’s old so beware that it has many problematic and toxic aspects glamourized for the sake of the show. There are many over-the-top elements and there are also many annoying characters but there are some characters that will make this drama an easy watch for you. If you don’t take it too seriously then you may even end up enjoying it. - u/Fatooz

8. Cheese in the Trap
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
Cheese in the Trap - ML and FL start off with misunderstandings and FL is always creeped out by the creepy demeanor of the ML. However, as they say, opposites attract. ML and FL come to slowly understand each other and face some real time issues as they’re two different people but with similar life experiences. Personally, I loved the SML and his character arc was great. He was pretty much the only sane character in the drama. Based on the WebToon of the same name, it was not as good as the WebToon, but if you’re looking for a drama with an anti-hero, different relationship dynamics and some really dark characters, then this drama is for you. - u/Fatooz

9. Cinderella and the Four Knights
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
Cinderella and the Four Knights - ML and FL start off on a misunderstanding and turn of events lead the FL to live with the ML in his house along with his cousins. It’s a hilarious clichéd rom-com where the FL is pretty bold and strong and her character arc is the most entertaining. As the name suggests, it’s a typical Cinderella drama but the FL is not a damsel in distress. Quite funny, entertaining and also wholesome in some parts. Take it for what it is and you’ll enjoy it. - u/Fatooz

10. Heartstrings
Korean Drama - 2011, 15 episodes
Heartstrings - FL and ML are in the same music university but both are pursuing different music, FL being in the traditional music department and ML being in the western music department. They have a cold war due to some circumstances and hence end up disliking each other. But it so happens that they become neighbors and also turn of events lead them to start falling for each other. It’s an older drama and though it’s not a very promising drama, it’s cute and I liked that the main thought behind the drama was how its ok to realize your dreams a bit later in life and that there is no particular set time for achieving your dreams. - u/Fatooz

11. Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo
Korean Drama - 2016, 20 episodes
Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo - ML and FL start off with a dislike towards each other due to misunderstandings and ML’s cold demeanor. However, as FL spends more time with the ML she stars to understand him and slowly the ML falls for her. Loved the chemistry between the leads despite the age gap. The drama is a historical fantasy romance with an ensemble cast. All big names and the soundtrack were an add on. An entertaining drama that will give you all the laughs in the first half and a sob fest in the second half. - u/Fatooz

12. My Love from the Star
Korean Drama - 2013, 21 episodes
My Love from the Star - ML and FL start off with a misunderstanding and try to avoid each other but destiny keeps bringing them together and eventually then end up falling in love, however, ML is an alien and has only 3 more months on Earth. A bit of a forbidden romance along with enemies to lovers trope. I absolutely adored Jun Ji-Hyun’s performance as Cheon Song-Yi and she did full justice to it. Another drama with an ensemble cast and great chemistry between the entire cast. Highly recommend this if you want to watch a classic drama. - u/Fatooz

13. My Lovely Sam Soon
Korean Drama - 2005, 16 episodes
My Lovely Sam Soon - ML and FL can't get together for the life of them and turn of events lead them to work together and even get into a contract relationship. Despite not getting along well they end up being for each other at a time when no one's there for them and end up opening up to each other about their deepest scars. Really enjoyed the dynamics of the relationship between the two. The chemistry was on point despite the age gap and I especially loved the angst, chemistry and humor. - u/Fatooz
-
14. Sassy Go Go
Korean Drama - 2015, 12 episodes
Sassy Go Go - ML and FL are practically in the "rival" teams/groups of the school and just can't get along. There's always a socio-economic gap between them but some circumstances lead them to working together and they end up forming a great bond. It's a short and cute drama and I really loved the relationship between the main leads. It also has one of my favorite drama squads. Definitely a fun watch. - u/Fatooz

15. Secret
Korean Drama - 2013, 16 episodes
Secret (2013) - ML and FL start off with a bad relationship, ML is a spoilt brat and FL is a hardworking woman who supports and loves her boyfriend (the SML) who is a prosecutor. But even before his first case the SML ends up getting involved in a hit and run case for which the FL takes the blame, and it so happens that the person who died in the hit and run ended up being the ML's girlfriend. ML is unaware of the real story and starts harassing the FL. It's a love story where the relationship between the main leads start off with misunderstandings, revenge and hatred but as they spend time with each other they fall in love and end up changing one another with their love. Great chemistry between the main leads and decent acting by all the actors. I was quite surprised to see Lee Da-Hee in this drama but she looked so good! - u/Fatooz
-
16. Secret Garden
Korean Drama - 2010, 20 episodes
Secret Garden - Well not really enemies from both sides but FL quite couldn't stand the guts of the ML and always threw punches at his face and kicked him. ML had an issue with how "poor" the FL was which maybe made them enemies because of all the wrist-grab and "violence" between the main leads. I would recommend this for the body swap and ofcourse, it being one of Kim Eun-Sook's classics. It's hilarious if you ignore the problematic aspects of the drama and also a really fun watch. Just take it for what it is. - u/Fatooz
-
17. Tempted
Korean Drama - 2018, 32 episodes
Tempted - ML and FL have a chance encounter after which they aren't particularly on the best of the terms. FL doesn't want to be in a relationship but ML and his group of friends play a game with her where ML has to get into a fake relationship with the FL and break her heart but doing so only leads to them falling in love with each other. I genuinely lived for the cute moments between the main leads and enjoyed ther chemistry a lot. - u/Fatooz
-
18. Mad for Each Other
Korean Drama - 2021, 13 episodes
Mad For Each Other is about two people with mental health issues (he has anger problems, she has PTSD, paranoia and delusions) keep running into each other and after an extremely rocky and antagonistic start, they slowly start getting to know each other. Watching the two of them start to open up and be vulnerable to each other, see past their issues and fall in love is surprisingly sweet and this short drama (13 episodes that clock in at around 30 minutes each) is most definitely worth the watch. - u/Silly_Merricat
-
19. Cunning Single Lady
Korean Drama - 2014, 16 episodes
Cunning Single Lady is a second chance romance about a divorced couple who were once madly in love but now can't stand each other but are pulled into each other's orbit when the FL starts working at the ML's company. He thinks she's a shallow gold digger, while she still has wounds from his lack of understanding during their marriage. One of the best things about this drama is that they show how they fell in love in the first place and why it ended up failing - and then later the issues that broke them apart are actually dealt with one at a time. Ignore the silly title and also most summaries of this drama (that paint the female lead as some kind of femme fatale), this drama is totally worth the watch. - u/Silly_Merricat

20. Crash Landing on You
Korean Drama - 2019, 16 episodes
Crash Landing on You is a more literal enemies to lovers story with characters from two enemy nations, a North Korean military captain and a South Korean chaebol heiress have a chance meeting in the DMZ between countries. Definitely an epic, star crossed, sweeping romance with fantastic chemistry between the main leads and the story is rounded out by super strong and entertaining supporting cast. The two wary leads work past their cultural assumptions and biases and fall in love despite the odds. Incredibly popular when it came out, this drama will end up being considered a classic. - u/Silly_Merricat

21. Jugglers
Korean Drama - 2017, 16 episodes
Jugglers is an office romance between a secretary who ends up taking the fall for her scummy boss and her new boss who is cold, uptight and has no interest in working with a new secretary. Their relationship starts off pretty antagonistic but the female lead eventually wins the trust of the male lead. Watching them drift closer together as she realizes he's a pretty good guy and he loosens up enough to let other people in is pretty cute. Would definitely recommend this as a solid romantic comedy for people who love that genre. - u/Silly_Merricat
