*cries and then proceeds to watch again*
These are shows that had me going through it. Crying, pulling my hair, sliding down the wall. These shows are sooo good that it's worth all the pain to watch them again. I will edit this as I find (or remember) shows and movies.

1. Better Days
Chinese Movie - 2019
This is my go-to sad day movie. It's amazing! The acting, production, and music are perfect. It follows the FL's story as her college entrance exams approach. The movie covers bullying, youth, independence, and love. So sad, so happy, so good. It's perfect for a good cry so bring your tissues. :')

2. It's Okay to Not Be Okay
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
This show was filled with all the love and all the heartache I could ever want in a show. It has not only romantic relationships but also brotherly, motherly, and friendly love. It really said "We're unpacking the trauma" so come prepared.

3. Move to Heaven
Korean Drama - 2021, 10 episodes
If I could watch this for the first time again, I would. There's just something about this k-drama that I've never seen or felt before. Definitely one of those shows where you just can't STOP crying. The story line if amazing and it mainly focuses on how to deal with grief, especially as an autistic teenager.

4. The Uncanny Counter
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
LEMME TELL YOUUUU! This show might be one of my favorite non-romantic kdramas of ALL TIME! First of the actors in this show?!? I've forever been impacted by this show y'all :(
It has fluff, stress, action, supernatural, romance, comedy, tears, chosen family. You name it, it has it. You guys need to watch this ASAP

5. The Gifted
Thai Drama - 2018, 13 episodes
This show is pretty dark but it's so good. Takes place in an elite high school with a GT program that has all the kids scrambling to study. (Honestly my life :') The kids in GT get special dorms, food, classes, and pins. (Pretty elitist if you ask me lol)The kids in the program know a lot more than what you see on the surface. I can't say too much more without spoiling so watch it and find out what's happening for yourself. ;3

6. Train to Busan
Korean Movie - 2016
This is the most emotional zombie movie I've ever watched in my life. The actors truly put their heart and soul into their characters and it is honestly a beautifully gruesome movie. The movie follows a little girl with divorced parents. She has a rough relationship with her dad and asked to see her mother for her birthday. The train ride to Busan, where her mother lives, seem normal until huge acts of violence breakout on the train. How will they make it out alive?

7. Imawa no Kuni no Alice
Japanese Drama - 2020, 8 episodes
This show is about a group of friends that get transported into an abandoned Tokyo. They can't seem to find anyone and as it gets dark beams in the sky catch their attention. A big illuminated screen has instructions to play a game. Will the game have their answers and are they really alone? This show really had me stressed and in my feels. I've never got attached to characters so quickly in my life.
