1. Mr. Sunshine
Korean Drama - 2018, 24 episodes
Okay, this one is a masterpiece. I've never seen anything like it. There's a lot of layered symbolism that tells more of a story every time you revisit it, or do some digging on analysing certain scenes and dialogue.

2. Hospital Playlist
Korean Drama - 2020, 12 episodes
Just so well done on every level. I love this cast of characters. Still hoping for S3!

3. Miss Hammurabi
Korean Drama - 2018, 16 episodes
Imperfect, but I love it. Again, really well written characters and complex themes. I only wish they had a bit more time to flesh out some of the side characters.

4. You Are My Spring
Korean Drama - 2021, 16 episodes
This one is weird because it's so many genres mushed together. They probably could have dialed back the murder mystery portion. However, I really love the show anyways. I love the themes of friendship, awkwardness, hilarity.

5. Love to Hate You
Korean Drama - 2023, 10 episodes
I love a badass female lead. The second female lead is a bit too immature and annoying to take seriously. The male leads are great, and overall it feels very fresh. My only critique plot-wise is that it's a little too perfectly symmetric and symbolic with the leads, their issues, their closure with their ex's. However, I do love some level-headed romance, fun characters, and humour, so this has earned a top spot for me.

6. Shopping King Louie
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
This one is hard to get into initially, but I laughed so much. It was a sweet story.

7. My Name
Korean Drama - 2021, 8 episodes
This was fun. Hyper UNrealistic, but fun. Short, sweet, lots of asskicking. I love a girl who can kick some ass.

8. Black Dog
Korean Drama - 2019, 16 episodes
Low key, enjoyable. Relatable for the fact I also invest myself in my work more than I should.

9. Doom at Your Service
Korean Drama - 2021, 16 episodes
Worst second leads ever. This show wasn't perfectly executed and I know it's not great, but I'm so in love with the concept, the acting, etc. that I really love it more than it deserves.

10. You Raise Me Up
Korean Drama - 2021, 8 episodes
This isn't some incredible masterpiece with groundbreaking cinematography and plotline, but I love the way they depict self-esteem issues, anxiety, etc. It's not problem-free, but for a short, simple, silly romcom--this show is pretty much 10/10.
