Romancevicariously's 'Bang-for-your-Buck' K-drama list
This list summarises the K-dramas I call "Bang-for your-buck": As in you get back your time-spent-watching-them worth, sometimes even more so. They have high production values, some are fun / some are fluff, all are a fun watch. The problem is I am not able to remember much about these dramas later on because their 'Feels' department was low, they were high on 'Feel-good'. Like a nice Pizza, eat it and forget it. and you will not regret eating it. Just that it's not gourmet cuisine.
If you are not a newbie to the Asian drama land, chances are you have seen these K-dramas already.
P.S: Secret Garden might find its way out of this list though soon and move to the gourmet list, I do remember getting a lot of feels and tears on that one. Maybe I need to rewatch it.

1. Descendants of the Sun
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
Why are not more people gaga over Song Joong-Ki' s physique and fighting skills? They were awesome here. Both Romance and Bromance were top notch.
-
2. Goblin
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
Features more for Bromance than Romance in this list. The running thread of self-deprecating humour in this series was fun to watch.
-
3. Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
The leads were actually dating so that chemistry translates to the screen. They both are extremely good looking too.
-
4. Strong Woman Do Bong Soon
Korean Drama - 2017, 16 episodes
Ji Soo is hawttt and the lad from Heirs also stepped up in this series to pull the main lead job.
-
5. City Hunter
Korean Drama - 2011, 20 episodes
Lee Min-Ho has never looked more dashing than he has in this series and considering how good-loooking he is, that's saying something. His chemistry with Park Min Young is also on point.
-
6. Healer
Korean Drama - 2014, 20 episodes
Park Min Young has crazy chemistry with anyone she works with but I think this one takes the top rank.
-
7. Secret Garden
Korean Drama - 2010, 20 episodes
Hyun Bin with his sequined jackets was so funny!
-
8. Marriage, Not Dating
Korean Drama - 2014, 16 episodes
