1. Business Proposal
Korean Drama - 2022, 12 episodes
Such a sweet rom-com!! I absolutely adore the four leads. The secondary couple is perfect. I know many watched for them. The main couple is quite cute as well. It is quite fluffy and easy and delivers what it promises. I recommend everyone who likes rom-coms or who needs a break from serious dramas to watch this one. It is worth your time!

2. Juvenile Justice
Korean Drama - 2022, 10 episodes
Beware: heavy drama.
Ep 2: I appreciate how they don't just show the punishment but how the victims are coping. Recently, cases concerning minors have increased and more people are calling for harsher laws. But is the legal system just there for punishment? No, it's not. It's proven that punitive justice systems often lead to low rehabilitation and high recidivism rates.
"Did we sentence a justified punishment today? Did the punishment give the victim a sense of closure? Is the young offender reflecting on themselves?"
An excellent quote! It's exactly how the justice system should be. Is the punishment just, fair and proportional? How does the offender deal with it? There's nothing worse than an offender with no remorse.
Ep 3: No child, no person should ever experience violence. Domestic violence is even more personal. The person who you're supposed to trust, who's supposed to love you, is overstepping every line existing. Children living in domestic violence have been failed by the adults, the ones who were supposed to protect them. No one deserves that.
Eps 4 & 5 were a mess. Not quality-wise but emotionally, which I mean in a positive sense. This is certainly a drama that gives you all sorts of feelings. I am hurting for all the victims, including the ones who are also offenders.
The later eps are also amazing, though I preferred the first 5. I can certainly recommend this drama to anyone who loves legal dramas and wants to see the justice system from the judges' perspectives. I loved the focus on juvenile cases for several reasons. I have not seen a drama focused on them. In recent times, public cases and outcries over juveniles committing horrendous crimes are rising. The drama greatly combines the victims' and perpetrators' backgrounds and addresses the relationship between accountability and responsibility. Overall, a solid 9.5/10.

3. Military Prosecutor Doberman
Korean Drama - 2022, 16 episodes
I am a sucker for military dramas and this one is golden! The actors were magnificent! Woo In is so cool and badass. Bae Man started off corrupt and selfish and turned into another badass. I also hated the villains with absolute passion. They were all complex characters. The fighting in this drama is amazing!
Additionally, this drama connected me with an online friend who is a huge fan of Jo Bo Ah. I don't have much contact with her but during that time we immediately texted each other when the episodes came out. I also watched this drama with my bestie Aly and it became our weekly escape from university.
I recommend this drama to thriller and military lovers and those who like some really good fight scenes.
