1. Faith
Korean Drama - 2012, 24 episodes
The moment that made me cry the most in this drama was when Yoo Eun Soo went back to the present to get medical supplies for Choi Young because he was almost dying and he waits and waits for years (it's only minutes in the present for her but for him it was years) and when she gets back he isn't there and she searches everywhere for him until they end up back together again. Ahh this drama was so good, not to mention the visuals from Lee Min Ho which helped this drama a lot in my opinion XD.

2. Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo
Korean Drama - 2016, 20 episodes
This drama had me an emotional wreck when I watched it, especially the scene at the end when Hae Soo looks at the paintings on the walls and realises it wasn't a dream and she starts to get the flashbacks of what happened between her and Wang So, then we see that he suffered so much and is all alone and she apologises for leaving him... The OST for this drama is absolutely beautiful as well.

3. W
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
There were a few scenes in this that had me crying but the main one was the last episode when Kang Chul was bleeding out and was on the phone to Yeon Joo at the bus stop and then she finds him but when she gets there he passes out and she ends up transporting back to her world, leaving him on his own.

4. The Third Charm
Korean Drama - 2018, 16 episodes
This drama wasn't liked by people much (it has a 6.8 rating which is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion, compared to some dramas which are rated higher) but I think it is an absolutely beautiful drama that deals with real life issues such as growing up, divorce and break ups, cancer, losing loved ones, self harm and depression. The scenes that had my heart aching the most were when Yeong Jae's daughter died and the scenes after when we saw how much she was struggling on her own and had completely changed from the person she used to be.

5. The Legend of the Blue Sea
Korean Drama - 2016, 20 episodes
The scenes that had me crying in this was when Lee Min Ho forgot about Jun Ji Hyun when she goes back to the sea, but he kept the diary to keep reading to remind himself of her.

6. Are You Human Too?
Korean Drama - 2018, 36 episodes
I have a special place in my heart for this drama. I loved Seo Kang Joon's character/s in this so much, he's my number 1 favourite actor and his acting is amazing just in general and the way he played both android Nam Shin and human Nam Shin was done perfect. The scenes which had me crying the most were when he was treated badly by people when all he wanted to do was help and be a real human, which also meant feeling love from his mother. The other scenes which had me bawling was the warehouse scene with his mother and when he fell into the water and I thought he was dead but then he comes back later after being fixed.

7. Todome no Kiss
Japanese Drama - 2018, 10 episodes
-
8. My Mister
Korean Drama - 2018, 16 episodes
This drama is painfully beautiful. It shows the way the world can treat and look down on people who don't have money and who have been kicked to the side and forgotten about. I'm not going to say any specific scenes that had my heart wrenching or any that made me cry because I was like that through 80% of this drama.

9. Please Come Back, Mister
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
One scene in particular that had me crying in this drama was when Yeong Soo took his daughter on the ferris wheel and she recognised it was her dad just in a different body and then she broke down and told him she missed him and loves him, this really hit a nerve with me and I was sobbing for about 10 minutes after this one scene XD.

10. My Love from the Star
Korean Drama - 2013, 21 episodes
This drama was funny and light hearted at first and then something just clicked that eventually Min Joon was going to have to leave her. A scene that broke my heart was when they were on the balcony and his hands started disappearing and it was like a punch to the stomach because this was when you realised this is when he's going to leave and he might not come back, this is when Sing Yi realises it too and he gives his goodbye speech to her and she asks if he's still there and when she turns around he's gone.

11. Goblin
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
I don't even know where to begin with this drama, there were so many gut wrenching moments and scenes which had me bawling my eyes out. Since there are quite a few I'll just list them without going into much detail. The first episode when Ji Eun Tak realises her mother is a ghost and has to say goodbye, when Kim Shin sacrifices himself to kill the evil spirit and then gets sent to the after life while trying to find his way back to Eun Tak, the scene where Eun Tak sacrifices herself to save the children and she has to say her goodbyes to Kim Shin and promises that she'll find him in her next life and then she does. These are just the main ones which had me bawling.

12. Uncontrollably Fond
Korean Drama - 2016, 20 episodes
The main scenes in this which where heart breaking were the ones showing how much pain Shin Joon Yeong was in. The most heart breaking part of this drama was the part where him and Noh Eul were sat on the swing seat and he was really tired and she knew he wanted to let go so she kept talking until she did, it was so painful hearing her keep asking him if he was sleeping and that she would talk to him tomorrow, even though she knew he was gone.

13. Beautiful World
Korean Drama - 2019, 16 episodes
This whole drama was heartbreaking but what made it even more painful for me was the OST, hearing certain songs from the OST come on in certain scenes really hit me and made this drama so much better than it already was in my opinion.
