Judy Chou is a Taiwanese singer, actor, and TV host. He is a former leader of the Taiwanese boy band SIGMA , and debuted through the singing competition program "Super Idol" (超級星光大Z).

Chou's education includes Kaohsiung Municipal Chi-Hsien Elementary School (高雄市立七賢國民小學), Kaohsiung Municipal Wu-Fu Junior High School (高雄市立五福國民中學), and Kaohsiung Private Dominican High School (高雄市私立道明高級中學). He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Decision Making from Tamkang University (淡江大學經營決策學系) and a Master’s degree in Business Management from Chien Hsin University of Science and Technology (健行科技大學經營管理碩士).

Following his "Super Idol" appearance, Chou pursued a solo music career, releasing an EP in October 2008. He debuted with SIGMA as the group’s leader in November 2010. After completing mandatory military service from August 26, 2013, to August 8, 2014, he resumed his career as a solo artist.
