Kim Min Soo

In judo, he competed internationally in major judo tournaments at the age of 19. He won the gold medal at the 1994 World Junior Championships in Cairo in the under 95 kilograms division. He then entered the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta as a half-heavyweight member of the South Korean national team and won the silver medal.
He made his MMA debut in 2005, losing to former American football player Bob Sapp. He will end up fighting 10 times and losing 7. He then switched to kickboxing, making his debut in 2006 and earning a hard-fought victory over South Korean sumo wrestler Kim Kyoung Suk. He ended up with 4 wins and only 1 loss in his kickboxing career.
He retired from sports in 2011 and became an analyst of Japanese and South Korean MMA and professional wrestling events. He is also the head judo coach of the Korean Top Team.
