Park Min Hyuk, known professionally as Rocky, is a South Korean singer, dancer, actor, musical actor, and former member of ASTRO (아스트로). He graduated from Hanlim Arts High School.

He was formed through the rookie talent development program "iTeen Boys", which was created by Fantagio (판타지오). In August 2015, the final lineup for the agency's new group was revealed, and he appeared in the web drama "To Be Continued", which aimed to introduce them to the public. They also had concerts around South Korea and garnered a lot of attention even before officially debuting.

He made his debut in February 2016 as the group's main dancer, lead rapper and vocalist with their first EP, "Spring Up". They were quickly labeled as one of the best new K-Pop acts of the year by Billboard. However, Fantagio began facing internal issues, and the group released new material, but some were never promoted in any music show, and some lead singles did not have their corresponding MV. They spent much of 2017 traveling as they focused on having concerts and fan meetings around the world but then had a 14-month hiatus without new material.

Starting in 2021, the members have mostly promoted as soloists and have been focused on their individual activities.

In January 2022, he debuted as part of the sub-unit JINJIN & ROCKY (진진&라키) with their first mini-album, "Restore". The unit disbanded when he decided to leave the group and the agency in February 2023.

He created his own label, One Fine Day Entertainment (원파인데이 엔터테인먼트), in August 2023.
