Celina Harto is a Hongkongese actress under TVB. She attended St. Clare's Girls' School in her early years, and later went to Bromsgrove School in the United Kingdom for high school, completing her A-levels. She then enrolled in Bartlett School of Architecture at University College London and graduated with a bachelor's degree in 2019 before returning to Hong Kong.

In 2020, Celina participated in the "Miss Hong Kong Pageant" of that year. After being selected as one of the finalists, she resigned from her job as an intern interior designer. In early September 2020, she signed a management contract with TVB.

Her father is half-Indonese.
